Job Title: Procurement Specialist
Brisa Group is looking for a skilled procurement professional to join their team in the Road and Corporate Infrastructure Department.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and financial skills, as well as strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with business units to identify needs and define contracting strategies.
* Purchasing Categories: Manage purchasing categories including pavements, structures, geotechnics, signage, buildings, engineering and design services.
* Contracting Strategies: Collaborate with business units to identify needs and define contracting strategies.
* Tender Specifications: Prepare tender specifications in coordination with business units, legal, and operational teams.
* Procurement Processes: Execute procurement processes ensuring deadlines, specifications, and business objectives are met.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree in Civil Engineering, Management, Economics, or Law.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or construction contract management.
* Strong analytical and financial skills for evaluating proposals.
* Fluency in English.
* Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
