Why this job is important
As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital products. You'll champion user-centric design across dashboards and analytics tools, ensuring every interaction delights and empowers. Your creativity and expertise will directly influence product direction and user satisfaction, helping us set new standards in digital experience. You'll collaborate with a dedicated cross-functional team-researchers, developers, product managers, and fellow designers-bringing ideas to life from concept to launch. What You'll Be Doing
* Lead design excellence for our digital products, pioneering intuitive and impactful user experiences for dashboards and analytics tools.
* Shape and evolve our design system-ensuring harmony, scalability, and innovation across all platforms.
* Transform user insights into actionable solutions by championing user research, running usability testing, and driving continuous design improvements.
* Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to bring remarkable ideas to life.
* Create engaging prototypes, wireframes, and visual designs that balance stunning aesthetics with seamless functionality.
The Skills & Experience Needed As Senior UX/UI Designer
* Experience in UI/UX design for digital products, especially dashboards or analytics tools-show us how you've turned complex data into elegant, intuitive experiences.
* Advanced proficiency in Figma (or an equivalent design platform) with a passion for building and evolving scalable design systems.
* Strong grasp of user research and usability testing, with the ability to transform real user insights into high-impact design solutions.
* Collaborative mindset-comfortable working alongside developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
* A keen eye for visual design fundamentals-typography, colour, layout-and a drive to balance aesthetics with functionality.
