Partnership Sales Representative for OG Esports

OG Esports has, since its founding in 2015, been among the top esports organisations in the world. As the only organisation with 2 international champions, and a record of 5 major championships, we are looking to expand our team and bolster our partnership roster.

Focusing primarily on our esports content properties, this role will give you the opportunity to interact with some of the worlds' top brands, showcase OG as the premier team to work with, and grow your career in esports.

The position is remote, and you will be reporting directly to the Head of Partnership of the company.

The position is remote, but we are looking for a candidate based in Europe.

Your responsibilities will include

* Prospect, contact, and negotiate with potential partners for several OG properties
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to build consensus on opportunities, align with brand narratives and organisational wisdom
* Work closely with the Business Development Manager on further sales initiatives and opportunities
* Execution of commercial strategy
* Create pitches and develop presentations for partnership proposals
* Develop relationships with top tier global brands to generate leads
* Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities
* Analyse market trends to assist the sales team in identifying new initiatives and partnerships.

Your profile

* 2-3 years of B2B sales or marketing experience
* Traceable results from a similar role (preferably from an esports company)
* Knowledge of the esports industry and its ecosystems
* Fluency in spoken and written English
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Familiar with digital and influence marketing trends
* The ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with new and existing partners
* The ability to understand an international company and work in a cross-cultural environment
* Solid pitching, presentation and negotiation skills
* Able to recognise trends in marketing and the esports industry to identify new opportunities
