* Incident and Request Management: Track, manage, and resolve incidents, support requests, problems, and changes using the ITSM toolset, ensuring restoration of IT services within agreed SLAs and following Incident Management processes.
* Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor infrastructure and application layers for all vital and non-vital applications, adopting Group and cluster guidelines, IT best practices, and IT Security recommendations to ensure smooth operation. 3 - Expert
* Release and Testing Support: Prepare environments for releases, conduct pre-production tests, and ensure successful implementation, while also maintaining the necessary knowledge to handle IT Production support needs. 3 - Expert
* Communication and Availability: Manage communication with internal clients, guarantee on-call availability during required time windows (if applicable), and provide timely updates to ensure seamless IT Production support and collaboration with stakeholders. 3 - ExpertTechnical Skills:
