We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in Portugal.
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute and support data privacy programs and compliance initiatives.
* Provide advice and develop training programs for business departments.
* Support business units by offering compliance-related advice and managing compliance risks.
* Ensure implementation of guidelines and regulations, and execute data privacy controls.
* Coordinate and interact with regulatory bodies, preparing official communications to local authorities.
* Collaborate with relevant departments within the Allianz Group on guidelines, projects, etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university, preferably in law, economics, administrative sciences, social sciences, or international relations.
* Minimum 5-6 years of experience, preferably in data privacy and compliance.
* In-depth knowledge of GDPR regulations and familiarity with other compliance topics such as sales compliance, anti-fraud, AML, and sanctions.
* Superior problem-solving skills and excellent oral/written communication abilities.
* Advanced level of written and verbal English skills; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
* Ability to multi-task effectively and work independently as well as collaboratively.
