Daily Responsibilities:
* Ensure excellent customer service at all points of contact;
* Greet customers personally at the Welcome desk;
* Gain a thorough understanding of store operations;
* Adapt communication and service to different customer needs;
* Identify customer needs and offer effective solutions;
* Provide basic information about product availability, location, order status, services, or procedures;
* Handle post-sale customer service, initiate repair processes, and request parts, knowing the procedures and tools;
* Manage the store's CRM independently, offering suitable solutions and coordinating with relevant departments;
* Manage waiting situations efficiently and autonomously;
* Resolve conflicts to ensure customer satisfaction;
* Have basic knowledge of best-selling products and continue product training;
* Make autonomous decisions to ensure customer satisfaction aligned with store strategy and goals;
* Process payments and returns;
* Control entry and exit of goods in different areas, applying anti-theft procedures;
* Organize financial documents related to cash registers;
* Master payment procedures, adapting to different payment methods;
* Inform, train, and support customers in autonomous payments (Quick Cash or Online);
* Assist sales staff with payment procedures at the Point of Sale;
* Maintain proper cash register management;
* Ensure strict adherence to cash and safe procedures;
* Follow the customer service and audit checklists to ensure quality and compliance;
* Promote best practices for payment processes within the store.
What We Are Looking For:
* 1 to 2 years of professional experience;
* High school diploma (12th grade);
* Customer-oriented attitude and needs awareness;
* Interpersonal skills and teamwork;
* Stress resistance;
* Organizational skills and responsibility;
* Proactivity and initiative;
* Basic computer skills for daily tasks.
