We're looking for someone to handle customer complaints about operations carried out under the ATM Express Poland Network, ensuring compliance with regulations and deadlines. This involves analyzing and responding to complaints regarding various network operations, including withdrawals and deposits.
Additionally, you will assist with other activities supporting the ATM Express Poland Network, involving verbal or written contact with Polish entities or individuals.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Proficiency in spoken and written Polish/English or Polish/Portuguese
* Experience with Office tools (Word, Excel)
* Background in meeting service level agreements (SLAs)
