Customer Support Role Overview
Are you a French speaker looking to join an innovative company in Lisbon? We are seeking highly motivated individuals to fill our Customer Support position.
Responsibilities:
1. Respond to incoming user requests on the platform.
2. Follow up on requests until resolution.
3. Escalate challenges encountered with clients to the assigned Performance Coach.
4. Train and proactively support clients in mastering the platform.
5. Proactively promote the platform innovations to clients.
Profile:
* Fluent in French.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role required.
* Proficiency in IT tools and various communication channels.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
Conditions:
1. Permanent contract (40 hours/week).
2. Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
