That's what sets our products apart: durable, helpful, and caring.Your MissionLead the development and industrialization of new products at the factory, from concept to mass production, ensuring technical feasibility, quality standards, and timely delivery.Your Responsibilities- Support Product Engineer in the development/design of new products;
* Contribute to the product transfer process into production (study phase);
* Responsible to optimize existent products for European production, collaborating with Product engineer, production and quality teams;
* Create and review 3 D models and technical drawings using CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, Auto CAD);
* Conduct technical analysis of materials and manufacturing processes to ensure production feasibility;
* Support prototype development and product validation testing;
* Assist in product industrialization, including process definition, technical specifications and documentation;
* Ensure compliance with technical standards and applicable regulations;
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in product development and launch processes.Your Profile- Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
* Proven experience with CAD software.
* Knowledge of manufacturing processes and material selection.
* Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Fluency in English (mandatory).Preferred Skills- Designer experience.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within industrial environments.
* Familiarity with product development methodologies (e.g., APQP, FMEA).
