Ensuring the effective and efficient planning, coordination and control of the production operation in the Casais Group, guaranteeing internal/external customer satisfaction by meeting deadlines, current legislation, quality and safety standards and at the lowest possible cost, through the appropriate allocation of financial, human, technical and material resources and acting in accordance with the Group's ethics and Casais' values.
Job Responsibilities
1) Coordinate and support the activities carried out in the Production area, in order to guarantee the optimization of processes, the achievement of objectives and the profitability of the area;
2) Participation in the preparation of the annual production budget, through the definition of the action plan to be carried out, with the objective of continuously improving the area's performance indicators;
3) Control and analysis, on a monthly/weekly/daily basis, of production performance indicators and expenses associated with the Production area and respective analysis of deviations and application of corrective measures to them;
4) Compliance with the daily/weekly production plan;
5) Development and implementation of procedures and maps to control human and physical resources with a view to maximizing production;
6) Coordination, evaluation and management of labor needs in the production area, with a view to meeting the established objectives;
7) Permanent improvement of quality, optimization of resources and production processes.
8) Ensure the implementation of environmental, quality and safety plans in accordance with current legal and internal standards.
Maintenance:
1) Coordinate and support the activities carried out in the maintenance area, in order to guarantee the optimization of processes, the fulfillment of objectives and the profitability of the area;
2) Ensure the implementation of compliance with the production plan, as well as strategies and measures defined for each client;
3) Development and implementation of procedures and maps to control human and physical resources with a view to maximizing production;
4) Coordination, evaluation and management of labor needs in the production area, with a view to meeting the established objectives;
5) Promote the optimization of work processes, within the team, as well as the transmission of best practices and homogenization of processes;
6) Monitor the various phases of project implementation, ensuring customer satisfaction, supporting the contract manager, in managing any complaints and amendments and safeguarding the Company's interests;
7) Ensure the implementation of environmental, quality and safety plans in accordance with current legal and internal standards.
