We're entering a new phase of growth — scaling operations, improving processes, and building stronger, more intentional collections.The roleWe're looking for someone with a strong interest in fashion and product, who is also highly organized and hands-on.This isnot a purely creative role.You will work closely with the founders, supporting both: Product & collection development Production, suppliers, and day-to-day operationsThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys fashion but also likes tobuild structure, solve problems, and make things happen.What you'll doProduct & Collection Support the founders in building collections Research trends, references, and product ideas Help identify suppliers and product opportunities Be involved in product decisions and feedbackSuppliers & Production Manage daily communication with suppliers (Portugal & international) Follow up on samples, approvals, and deliveries Ensure timelines are met and anticipate delays Solve issues proactivelyOperations & Execution Coordinate stock arrivals and logistics with our warehouse (3PL) Organize product information, timelines, and quantities Work daily with Excel / Google Sheets Bring structure to a fast-moving and sometimes chaotic environmentWho we're looking forStrong interest infashion, product, and trends 1–3 years of experience in product, operations or buying Highlyorganized and detail-oriented Hands-on and comfortable with execution Proactive and able to work independently Strong problem-solving mindset Comfortable in a fast-paced, unstructured startup environment Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus) 100% on-site (Matosinhos)Experience helps, butmindset and potential matter moreWhat we offerA key role in a fast-growing fashion brand Direct exposure to founders and real decisions Real impact from day one Opportunity to grow into a broader product/operations role Informal, hands-on environment
