We are looking for a Field Power Technician / Power Engineer to join our Team!
What will you do?
Report directly to the Project Manager during rollout and customer support (maintenance) phases to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Install, commission, and put into service new telecom power equipment, including DC Systems, UPS, outdoor power cabinets, lithium batteries, and indoor rectifiers using internal management system.
Perform site visits for maintenance, fault diagnosis, testing, and repairs on critical electrical and mechanical equipment.
Develop technical guidance documents for subcontractors and supervise their on-site work.
Provide prompt breakdown support and resolve issues with Huawei power portfolio equipment.
Complete detailed service reports and support solution estimation activities through site surveys.
Conduct hands-on training with customers, engineers, and apprentices.
Enforce safety regulations and complete required electrical testing and certifications.
Validate fieldwork using internal tools.
What do we need from you?
Deep knowledge of Telco Power solutions and implementations.
Experience managing field teams.
Strong understanding of safety rules for Telco Power projects.
Knowledge of Network Management Systems; basic sysadmin, SNMP, and networking protocol skills are a plus.
Minimum 2 years of professional experience with power network equipment.
Proactive, solution-focused, able to work under pressure and in a team environment.
Languages: Portuguese and English (both mandatory).
Willingness to travel as required.
