Analyze telecommunications business processes and design end-to-end customer journeys using the Comms Cloud data model; Develop complex, high-performing solutions using OmniStudio, including OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors; Configure Enterprise Product Catalogs (EPC) and CPQ logic, including product modeling, pricing rules, and configurations; Design and implement technical orchestration workflows within the Order Management (OM) module; Extend platform capabilities through custom development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and industry-specific APIs; Document technical designs and actively contribute to architectural and solutioning discussions.What are we looking for? 4+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, with a strong focus on Industry Clouds; Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Comms Cloud (Vlocity); Strong understanding of the Shared Information/Data Model (SID); Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical designs; Experience producing clear technical documentation and participating in architectural discussions; Relevant Salesforce certifications.Location: HybridWe are waiting for you!
