What You'll Do:
* Deepen client relationships through innovative and proactive event solutions.
* Lead and manage high-profile events across stunning European destinations.
* Lead and manage our dream team of Event Managers at DDG Event Marketing in Portugal.
* Drive operational excellence, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion.
What We're Looking For:
* A natural leader with the ability to inspire and engage teams.
* Exceptional organizational skills, thriving in fast-paced environments.
* A client-first mindset, always striving to exceed expectations.
* Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
Your Background:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in event management, marketing, communication, or hospitality.
* 5+ years of experience in event production or marketing leadership roles.
* Experience with online events is a plus
* Proficiency in MS Office 365 and project-based working methodologies.
