What You'll Do
As a consultant at Devote Consulting, you'll be engaged in exciting and challenging tasks, including:
Supporting projects: Drive changes in the life sciences industry by improving processes, data, and systems
Contributing to key areas: Work within R&D, clinical operations, and regulatory affairs
Optimizing business processes: (Re)design workflows to boost operational efficiency
Managing stakeholders: Take responsibility for stakeholder management, project planning, organizational change, and delivering necessary compliance documentation
Your Qualifications
We're looking for individuals with the following qualifications:
Educational background: A master's degree in business administration, life sciences, or a related field
Industry experience: 1-2 years in the life sciences industry is a plus, but recent graduates are also encouraged to apply
Problem-solving mindset: You are analytical and aim to make a measurable impact
Communication skills: Proficiency in English (C1) written and spoken
Technical skills: Familiarity with system validation and GxP system operations is an advantage
Experience with Clinical R&D systems CTMS, eTMF, RBM, EDC etc. is an advantage
Experience as a consultant, business analyst or positions as CRA, Trial Coordinator or Trial Manager is an advantage
