Executive Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and business-oriented candidate to provide strategic support to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor progress on key initiatives, prepare executive summaries, and ensure timely follow-ups.
* Organize high-level meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and align communications across geographies.
* Support performance tracking, financial reviews, and management dashboards for the leadership team.
* Draft correspondence, presentations, and briefing materials for internal and external stakeholders.
* Manage the CEO's schedule, travel, and logistics, and coordinate visits and events globally.
* Handle sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
Ideal Profile: MBA or equivalent Master's degree in Business, Finance, or Operations. 2–3 years of professional experience in consulting, finance, or business operations. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively across global time zones and multicultural environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (Teams, etc.). Fluency in English required; additional languages such as Portuguese, German, Mandarin, or Spanish are a plus.
