Role: We are looking for a proactive, dynamic, and detail-oriented Intern to support our IT recruitment and talent management processes. This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about IT and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced tech-driven environment.
Location: Remote, Portugal.
Requirements:
* Screening and contacting potential candidates;
* Conducting initial screening calls;
* Scheduling interviews with candidates;
* Ensures accuracy in candidate records, scheduling, and documentation;
* Ensures up-to-date information in candidate ATS;
* Maintain and update candidates information, ensuring GDPR compliance;
* Basic understanding of IT job profiles and terminology (plus);
* Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Workspace (plus);
* Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (plus);
* Active sourcing abilities - experience using platforms like LinkedIn and GitHub (plus);
* Strong interpersonal skills with a confident, approachable, and professional attitude;
* High level of proactivity, dynamism, and a can-do attitude;
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment;
* Strong organizational and time management skills;
* Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English (verbal and written).
