YOUR MISSION IN OUR HR APPLICATIONS TEAM
Develop HR solutions, through processes improvement, standardization, and innovation, ensuring proper support, stability, compliance, and accuracy.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Ensure the support, maintenance, and evolution of SAP HR modules across the business;
Support to our end-users, maintenance, and evolution in the modules of Payroll (PY), Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM) and Time Management (PM);
Acting asa project manager, you should ensure the requirements gathering, design, and implement the new features and law requirements in those modules;
Follow and understand the legislation relevant to PY, PA, OM, and PM modules in the three geographies.
WHO YOU ARE
You have a master's degree level in Computer Science or related HR or management areas;
You have minimum 4 years' experience in working with SAP;
Proven experience in SAP HCM projects (development, quality assurance, and support);
A ProjectManager skilful (end-to-end experience of the project lifecycle);
A Functional and Technical knowledgeable in SAP Payroll (Mandatory);
A Legal knowledgeable of Labour Law in Portugal;
ABAP Programming and/or Outsystems proficiencyis a plus;
Spoken, written, presentation and communications skills in English.
