Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service, suppliers and service providers support.
- Email, call and correspondence management.
- Organization of documentation and files.
- Support to the financial management of condominiums (bills, payment control, etc.).
- Preparation of meetings and communication with administrators.
Requirements:
- Completed 12th grade.
- Good knowledge of office software (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Sense of responsibility, autonomy and ability to organize.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team.
