Position Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing strategies to grow VT Markets' client base. The Business Development Manager will handle daily tasks such as generating leads, analyzing market trends, networking with potential clients, and working closely with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Identifying new leads for expansion and developing strategies to grow the business within the FX industry.
2. Expanding our portfolio of Introducing Brokers and Partners.
3. Maintaining contact with clients/partners to ensure high customer satisfaction.
4. Building and maintaining your own client portfolio.
5. Following up on queries and providing prompt feedback to clients.
6. Achieving and exceeding monthly targets.
7. Participating in training and support sessions provided by the company.
Experience Qualification:
1. A diploma or degree in any field is preferred.
2. Previous experience in B2B Forex or CFD Sales or Account Management is a MUST.
3. Excellent oral and written English skills.
4. Knowledge of French, German, or Spanish is an advantage.
5. 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
6. Proficiency in Portuguese and English languages.
7. Access to personal devices suitable for a fully remote role is required.
