Your new role
As a Web Analyst, you will take ownership of the digital analytics ecosystem, acting as a central link between business, marketing, product and technical teams.
This is a hands-on, strategic role where you will shape how digital performance is measured, interpreted and optimised across web and app environments.
You will ensure that tracking foundations are robust, compliant and scalable, transforming complex data into clear and actionable insights.
Beyond implementation, you will play an advisory role, helping stakeholders understand user behaviour and supporting informed decision-making through well-designed dashboards and presentations.
Responsibilities
Design, implement and maintain tracking architectures using tag management solutions to accurately capture user behaviour and conversions.
Configure and manage analytics platforms for both web and mobile environments, ensuring consistency and data quality.
Safeguard compliance with data protection regulations, working closely with consent management frameworks and internal governance standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective measurement strategies.
Audit analytics setups regularly to identify gaps, risks or optimisation opportunities.
Build tailored reports and dashboards that communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Assess the performance impact of tracking solutions, supporting optimisation initiatives related to site speed and user experience.
Act as the functional owner of key analytics and marketing technology tools within the digital ecosystem.
What you'll need to succeed
Solid professional experience in digital analytics or web analysis, ideally within complex or multi-market environments.
Strong hands-on expertise with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
Proven understanding of data protection and privacy-by-design principles within digital tracking contexts.
Ability to translate analytical findings into agribusinessman recommendations.
Experience working with dashboards and reporting tools to visualise data effectively.
Technical awareness of how tags, scripts and front-end technologies impact website performance.
Confidence working with diverse stakeholders, including technical teams, marketers and senior decision-makers.
Professional fluency in English; Portuguese proficiency is highly valued.
