We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Marketing & Sales Manager to lead our demand generation, brand presence, and client acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that attract and engage potential clients
- Create high-impact content - from case studies to short videos - that showcase our AI solutions
- Manage our presence on LinkedIn and other relevant channels to build brand authority
- Use marketing automation tools to nurture leads and track engagement
- Identify, reach out to, and qualify potential clients
- Run sales calls, live demos, and solution workshops
- Craft tailored proposals, pitch decks, and ROI models
- Close deals and foster long-term client relationships
- Act as the bridge between clients and our tech team to ensure solutions meet real business needs

Requirements

- Proven experience in B2B sales and marketing in the tech, AI, SaaS, or automation space
- Solid track record of lead generation and closing deals
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and content strategy
- Exceptional communication skills - able to explain complex AI concepts in plain, compelling language
- Skilled in presentations, negotiations, and building trust quickly
- Self-starter mindset: organized, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree preferred (but not essential if you've got the skills and results)
- Available to start in September
- Comfortable with a performance-based compensation structure
