The MIKUTA brand was founded in Berlin by Jacqueline Mikuta and Klemens White, starting in 2017 with a small jewellery line, which later expanded to clothing in 2019. MIKUTA is a young, wild & free-inspired fashion brand for modern women with a glimpse of rock'n'roll. MIKUTA is currently one of the fastest-growing direct-to-consumer brands in the fashion market.
Our team is spread across Europe, with a Studio Office in Berlin and a production Office in northern Portugal. We are working with seasonal collection cycles and plan to grow our product portfolio to over 400 items.

About The Job
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and has a strong passion for operations and business growth. You will lead key operational functions, from scaling logistics to enhancing customer experience and managing cross-departmental projects. Your strategic mindset, leadership, and organizational skills will be vital in ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting our long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partner with our Head of Customer Experience to enhance and optimize customer service processes.
2. Collaborate with our Head of Logistics to scale operations and ensure compliance with cross-border logistics regulations.
3. Manage cross-departmental projects, including developing sustainable product lifecycles and pursuing certifications like B-Corp.
4. Support senior leadership on high-priority projects and initiatives requiring executive oversight.
About You
* Fluent in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.
* A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, balancing big-picture vision with daily operations.
* Experienced in logistics, customer experience, and operations management, with a passion for e-commerce.
* Thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at problem-solving under pressure.
* Collaborative, with excellent skills in working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
* Committed to continuous improvement and experienced in managing cross-departmental projects.
