YOUR JOB :
* Solid experience in web development, with proficiency in Webflow (mandatory);
* Experience with tools such as WordPress and Shopify;
* Knowledge of React;
* Implementation of SEO best practices;
* Ability to do, analyze, and validate technical estimates;
* Familiarity with non-code and low-code tools;
* Experience with API integrations and automations (especially Make.com and Zapier);
* Make balanced decisions considering both technical and business perspectives;
* Collaborate in a dynamic environment that welcomes new ideas;
* Brainstorm and develop initial concepts into solutions;
* Discuss ideas with team and clients to craft optimal solutions;
* Work within a well-defined technology stack, continuously improving tools and methodologies;
* Assist in creating in-house patterns;
* Work across various business areas.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE :
* Experience in agency environments;
* At least 4 years of web development experience;
* Workshop facilitation skills;
* Skills in data migration, transformation, and output in various formats;
* Ability to design database schemas supporting business processes;
* Empathy and active listening skills for team management;
* Motivational skills and ability to provide constructive feedback;
* Conflict management with diplomacy;
* Focus on continuous process improvement;
* Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders;
* Collaborative and transparent approach to sharing ideas and decisions;

* Strong task prioritization and resource management skills;
* Ability to identify dependencies across teams and technologies;

The annual gross salary range for this role is €25,000 to €32,500, inclusive of meals, benefits, vacation, and Christmas allowances.
