DesignRush, a B2B Media Platform to drive brand discovery & growth, is seeking an experienced LEAD GENERATION Specialist who is:
1. Efficient at generating leads from mid to large size brands for the DesignRush sales team
2. Able to hit the ground running from day 1
3. Hands-on and proactive at creating contact lists and optimizing campaign performances
The candidate must be a proactive and independent thinker who can take ownership of the tasks and ensure timely and high-quality output through collaboration with other team members.
DesignRush generates over 1 million high-intent B2B visitors monthly seeking growth insights, tools, and partners.
We're looking for a LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST to reach out and generate leads from brand managers to advertise their brands on DesignRush.
The Lead Generation Specialist will then hand off the lead to a sales rep to close it.
This position offers a base salary and monthly bonuses. This is for a full-time, remote-work-at-home position.
As our clients are US-based, this position requires candidates who work up until 4pm or 5pm EST.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Drive Company's growth through outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads that will turn into opportunities and closed business
* Identify and develop an in-depth understanding of each lead generation process, supporting marketing activities, prospect touch-points, and the handoff to an Account Executive
* Generate email sequences and make cold-calls to map and penetrate accounts
* Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales development role
* Excellent English speaking and communication skills
* Exceptional interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role
* Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus
* Active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflows
