Quality Analyst
to join a dynamic project in Lisbon. This professional will play a key role in ensuring service quality, guaranteeing compliance with project standards, processes, and objectives.

Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate customer service interactions (calls, emails, chats, among others)
Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and project guidelines
Analyze quality results and identify improvement opportunities
Provide structured and constructive feedback to operational teams
Work closely with Team Leaders, Trainers, and Operations to drive continuous improvement
Support the implementation of corrective actions and development plans

Profile
Previous experience in Quality roles within a contact center/BPO environment (preferred)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and ability to provide feedback
Results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
Critical thinking, strong sense of responsibility, and team spirit
