Job Opportunity: Chief Accountant / Financial Controller
We are looking for an experienced Chief Accountant / Financial Controller to manage the accounting and financial activities of a diversified group of companies operating across real estate, property management, hospitality, services, and investment holdings.
This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who is comfortable working in a dynamic, multi-entity environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Full accounting and financial management of a multi-company group structure;
* Certified accounting duties, including accounting review and year-end closing;
* Prepare and submit all tax declarations and ensure compliance with fiscal obligations;
* Preparation of annual reports and financial statements;
* Management of payroll processing and support in drafting employment contracts;
* Cash-flow management, analysis, and financial control;
* Provide overall financial control and strategic financial support to the group;
* Provide support in managing relationships with banks, legal advisors, and the Fund Management Company;
* Review and support as tax representative for clients (including IRS obligations);
Profile Requirements
* Certified Accountant (mandatory);
* Solid accounting experience across multiple companies, preferably with several years of experience in real estate;
* Strong knowledge of tax compliance and corporate reporting;
* Excellent organizational and analytical skills;
* Experience in administrative office management;
* Familiarity with financial management software (e.g. Eticadata, Primavera);
* Fluency in English (spoken and written).
