The role of Senior Business Development Lead will be pivotal in shaping our customer-facing strategy. We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead smooth implementations, build strong client relationships, and guide a growing team of technical consultants.
* Pre-Sales & Technical Enablement: Collaborate with Sales to understand client needs and processes, deliver tailored demos, respond to technical inquiries, and co-develop compelling proposals that showcase the value of our platform.
* Project & Implementation Leadership: Oversee the full implementation lifecycle for new clients by defining project plans, setting milestones, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring quality execution.
* Team Leadership: Build, coach, and scale a high-performing Customer Success & Implementation team that cultivates a collaborative and client-first culture.
* Strategic Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, anticipate client needs, and spot opportunities for product expansion or upsell.
* Industry Engagement & Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends and represent us at conferences and events. Contribute to our thought leadership with insights from the field.
