With both national and international projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the Portuguese engineering market.Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and manage the various project specialties Manage resources effectively and efficiently, aligning skills with project needs Ensure the technical quality of final deliverables Maintain close relationships with clients or their representatives Identify business opportunitiesProfile: Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Civil Engineering Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles within the Construction or Real Estate sectors Proven experience in project management (teams, timelines, and budgets) Strong problem-solving skills Good communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project Advanced level of English (mandatory)What we offer: Quadrante is a global organization with more than **** people focused on delivering economically optimized, sustainable, and technically robust solutions.
