Experiences Manager
We are seeking a skilled Experiences Manager to join our team in Vilamoura. The ideal candidate will have experience in event planning, guest relations, and hospitality management.
About the Role:
The Experiences Manager will be responsible for creating unique and memorable experiences for guests across a cluster of hotels in Vilamoura. This involves developing innovative ideas that reflect the brand's identity and cater to diverse guest preferences.
The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless execution of activities, driving guest satisfaction and loyalty. They will report directly to the Cluster General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and Implement Innovative Guest Experiences: Develop unique and memorable experiences that reflect the brand's identity and cater to diverse guest preferences.
* Foster Small and Unique Guest Gatherings: Focus on small and unique guest gatherings, such as intimate dinners, private tours, and exclusive events.
* Incorporate Local Attractions: Incorporate local attractions and activities, including golf, sailing, tennis, and visits to cultural sites.
* Interact with Guests: Interact with guests to gather feedback and understand their needs and preferences.
* Address Guest Concerns: Address guest concerns and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field is required.
* Proven Experience: Proven experience in event planning, guest relations, or a similar role within the hospitality industry is essential.
* Strong Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact with guests and colleagues.
