Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and reviewing screeners, discussion guides, and questionnaires to ensure best practice data collection
* Reviewing and testing programmed questionnaires for optimal results
* Conducting briefings with internal fieldwork teams and external vendors to ensure project success
* Managing the recruitment process and tracking project profitability
* Overseeing change control and scope creep management to maintain project quality
* Providing timely and effective reporting on project progress to clients
* Identifying potential barriers and challenges, offering solutions to mitigate risks
* Ensuring compliance with all applicable market research quality standards and regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 5 years of project management experience
* Excellent multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Tenacious personality with an eye for detail and problem-solving ability
* Competency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
* Understanding of data collection management and knowledge of other languages and cultures advantageous
