Content Moderator Job Opportunity
This role involves protecting the online shopping experience by reviewing content with precision, fairness, and cultural sensitivity. As a Content Moderator, you will ensure that user-generated content meets community guidelines, legal requirements, and internal policies.
The job requires strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities. Proficiency in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level) is also necessary. EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card, as well as at least one year of experience in Content Moderation, are required.
Responsibilities
* Evaluate and monitor content to ensure it follows company policies, community rules, and applicable regulations
* Review user submissions with accuracy, cultural awareness, and fairness
* Maintain consistent quality while supporting platform safety for buyers and sellers
* Adapt to policy changes and shifting priorities, following established moderation workflows
* Identify and escalate sensitive or complex cases using internal procedures
* Stay informed on moderation best practices, product updates, and industry standards
