We are seeking a heavily data-focused Data Consultant to partner with our client on a critical project. This is an immediate requirement and we are looking for a contractor who can hit the ground running.
The Role:
This is a highly technical role where your data skills are the main event. You will be diving deep into complex datasets, writing heavy queries, and acting as the technical engine for the team. While the project sits within the FinTech and Financial Crime space, the day-to-day work is 90% pure technical data manipulation and extraction.
What You'll Bring:
* Exceptional SQL Skills: Advanced, hands-on proficiency in SQL is the absolute core requirement for this role.
* Heavy Data Experience: Proven ability to extract, manipulate, and analyze complex, large-scale datasets.
* Industry Context: Experience or familiarity working with data in a FinTech, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), or broader Financial Crime environment is highly preferred to help you understand the context of the data.
* Agility: Ability to start immediately and deliver results quickly in a fast-paced contracting environment.
