We are seeking a highly experienced administrative fluent in French to join a SSC that is growing, providing remote services to other subsidiaries across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work in close collaboration with various teams including legal, sales, and technical departments.
2. Manage master data and maintain supplier relationships.
3. Handle administrative tasks such as gathering essential information (bank details, pricing, contract duration) when a business manager identifies a need.
4. Efficiently create and update records in the database.
5. Oversee project progress post-contract closure, including purchase orders, monthly reconciliations (receipt in SAP), resolving invoice discrepancies, and coordinating with the accounting team and managers.
6. Ensure cost accuracy in the system and address any cost-related inquiries from internal suppliers.
Profile:
1. A 2 or 3-year degree in administration or management, with initial experience in subcontracting, procurement, or accounting.
2. Fluent in French; (fluency in English is desirable)
3. Excellent time management, communication, and teamwork skills.
4. Organized, proactive, and capable of handling tight deadlines.
5. Proficient in Excel; familiarity with SAP is beneficial.
6. Background in accounting is preferred.
