Job Overview
As a Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our products. Our TechOps team is dedicated to delivering technology and services that simplify the lives of our clients and colleagues.
* You will own the end-to-end design process for assigned products and features, from discovery to delivery, within your cross-functional team.
Responsibilities include:
1. Conducting user interviews, analyzing data, and A/B testing design solutions to validate decisions.
2. Creating interactive prototypes, detailed user flows, and polished visual designs.
3. Designing pixel-perfect interfaces with strong attention to visual details and user experience fundamentals.
4. Working closely with Design Lead, Product Managers, and Engineers, ensuring designs meet both technical and business requirements.
5. Leading and participating in design critiques and workshops, fostering a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
6. Contributing to the evolution of our Design System to design and update components, design patterns, and guidelines.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with:
1. At least 3 years of experience working as a UX/UI designer with research, design, and validation skills.
2. Experience with responsive web and mobile apps.
3. Strong UX focus, visual, and interaction design fundamentals.
4. Design System: Experience working with and contributing to Design Systems in Figma.
5. Experience with data-driven design decisions and comfortable working with analytics and user metrics.
6. Advanced proficiency with Figma and excellent visual design and interaction design skills.
7. Excellent communication skills and ability to present design rationale and defend decisions to stakeholders.
8. Critical and design thinking skills.
9. Team player with a passion for how users think and behave in digital environments.
Desirable qualifications include:
1. Experience with AI tools to accelerate design work.
2. Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
3. Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
