Our Record-to-Report business line provides innovative, reliable financial services - from financial records to financial closing and reporting. We also offer services in Tax, Master Data, Real Estate Business Administration, Controlling, and much more.
Your key responsibilities will be:
* Collaborate closely with Support Functions Managers in planning and forecasting activities;
* Coordinate/guide Support Functions budget and forecast preparation activities related to Hub and Country organizations and ensure its completeness and accuracy;
* Monitor and analyze Support Functions costs (accounts/cost centers trend) and clarify relevant deviations;
* Ensure Support Functions costs charging (e.g., general cost, employees cost, traveling cost, etc.) and monitor costs allocation and forecast evolution;
* Prepare standard and specific reporting: key data, scorecards, graphics, reports, and analysis - key comments and highlights - data report and maintenance;
* Participate in month-end activities;
* Maintain tight communication with entities within your responsibility area.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following skills and qualifications:
* A University Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent;
* At least 2 years of experience as a Financial Controller or similar role;
* Fluent English language skills;
* Prior knowledge of SAP is highly valued;
* Good MS Office knowledge, with Excel experience being mandatory;
* Excellent communication and team-oriented skills;
* Flexibility and ability to work under pressure in a changing environment;
* Dynamism, initiative, and proactiveness;
* Strong strategic judgment, business competence, and professional ethics;
* Ability to build up and maintain customer relationships.
