Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Tester to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization. As a SAP Tester, you will be responsible for testing product features for SAP S/4HANA that help our business organizations to run their business processes at their best.
You will work in the Siemens SAP S/4HANA program and build-up the new ERP target architecture together with the specific Siemens business organizations. Your primary responsibility will be to design test cases for Global Trade Services processes in S/4HANA based on input from the Subject Matter Experts of Customs/Export Teams in line with the implementation of increments.
In addition, you will support the preparation of test data, execute designed test cases, report defects, and re-test them to ensure the go-live of releases. You will also organize and coordinate the preparation and execution of E2E integration tests between Governance Foundation and other Sherpa X Business Types, providing relevant inputs for Global Trade Services such as test cases and test data.
Furthermore, you will support the organization of User Acceptance Tests to obtain test approval from nominated Siemens Key Users. You will manage the test lifecycle for Global Trade Services as defined in the Sherpa X Way of Working: maintain the test inventory with test cases, identify test cases for automation, report and handle defects, ensure consistent test execution, and audit-compliant documentation.
Finally, you will prepare and present test status reports during test cycles and work on improving and optimizing existing testing processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Any graduate degree in any discipline or comparable field;
* SAP S4/Hana knowledge including Fiori is preferred;
* Working experience in agile methodology is preferred but certification is not mandatory;
* (Minimum) 2 years experience as SAP tester;
* Functional understanding of business processes, e.g., finance/accounting, controlling, logistics, and/or reporting;
* Experience in leading function-oriented project groups (incl. agile project structures) on an international level and enjoying working in and being part of international program organizations with virtual/multicultural teams;
* Intercultural experience is desired for global working environments;
* Fluent English skills are required, both written and spoken;
* A structured thought process and proactive approach towards problem-solving;
* The willingness to learn new processes, information, and don't mind getting hands dirty.
