We are looking for a Senior Technician Production Support.
Main Tasks:
1. Assist end-users in their day-to-day work, troubleshooting issues and designing workarounds to reduce incidents and problems.
2. Investigate first-level incidents.
3. Act as single point of contact for users related topics and coordinate different actors when addressing transversal issues.
4. Understand business issues and impacts.
5. Continuously train on business knowledge to maintain service level standards.
Required Skills:
* SQL Server /Oracle and Sybase expertise.
* Understanding of Linux/Unix and Windows Server.
* Python familiarity.
* Database management skills (ORACLE/MYSQL/SYBASE).
* ServiceNow/ticketing tools proficiency.
Language Skills:
* Fluent English language skills.
