* Key Responsibilities:
* Architecture & Solution Design: Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 implementations, designing scalable solutions using Dynamics Sales, Project Operations, Customer Service, and Customer Insights.
* Consulting & Delivery: Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and fit-gap analyses, translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
* Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor and lead cross-functional teams of consultants and developers, providing strategic guidance and technical expertise.
* Requirements:
* 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
* Proven track record as a Solution Architect or Senior Consultant on enterprise projects.
* Deep functional expertise in Dynamics Sales, Project Operations, and Customer Service.
