THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to perform duties as a Business Analyst for a national project in banking sector.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
1. Collect, analyze, and challenge business needs while facilitating workshops with the Product Owner;
2. Write requirements and user stories to support delivery;
3. Participate in the design of the DataHub, including user paths, data mappings, and screen models;
4. Collaborate closely with IT teams and project managers to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions;
5. Contribute to testing activities: defining strategies, creating test cases, and analyzing anomalies;
6. Draft operating procedures and user guides;
7. Actively contribute to agile rituals such as sprint planning, grooming, daily meetings, and sprint reviews;
8. Support project management tasks including planning follow-up, budget monitoring, progress tracking, and risk/alert management.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
9. Solid knowledge of the Data business;
10. Agile experience;
11. Experience in Banking/Insurance environment (a plus);
12. Strong communication skills (clarity, synthesis, pedagogy);
13. Proven analytical and organizational skills;
14. Ability to translate business needs into IT requirements;
15. Language skills: French (C1) and English (B2);
16. Proactive, pragmatic, curious, and autonomous mindset with strong team spirit.
