This role offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of our growth story, working closely with the CEO and product teams. You will lead sales activities from strategy definition to deal negotiation and closing. This intense and demanding role requires you to manage direct and channel-based opportunities, complex sales processes, and multiple stakeholders involved.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive new business growth;
* Build scalable and repeatable sales processes to maximize pipeline efficiency and revenue generation;
* Successfully manage and win sales opportunities to maximize new opportunities;
Tasks:
* Develop and execute sales plans to expand customer base and drive growth;
* Manage relationships with key accounts and foster long-term partnerships to drive customer success and retention;
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives;
Requirements:
* 4+ years of experience in industrial software and/or SaaS sales;
* Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams in dynamic environments;
* 360º sales experience, including inbound and outbound prospecting, inside and field sales, and direct and channel-based sales experience;
