Job Description :
O Account Executive é responsável pela gestão diária de contas publicitárias, atuando como elo entre cliente e agência. Coordena projetos de comunicação desde o planeamento até à entrega, assegurando prazos, orçamentos e qualidade. Traduz briefings para as equipas criativas, colabora com equipas internas e analisa tendências de mercado para fornecer insights estratégicos. Monitoriza campanhas e apresenta resultados de forma clara e orientada para soluções.
Sobre a Função:
Procuramos um(a) Account Executive para integrar a nossa equipa de Client Services, com experiência na área da publicidade. Serás responsável pela gestão diária das contas atribuídas, atuando como elo de ligação entre o cliente e a agência, e assegurando a coordenação eficaz dos projetos desde o planeamento até à sua conclusão.
Responsabilidades Principais:
* Gerir a relação diária com o cliente, sendo o principal ponto de contacto entre a agência e a marca.
* Traduzir as necessidades do cliente em briefings claros e inspiradores para as equipas criativas.
* Coordenar projetos de comunicação, garantindo o cumprimento de prazos, orçamentos e padrões de qualidade.
* Colaborar com equipas internas (criatividade, media, produção, digital) para assegurar a execução eficaz das campanhas.
* Analisar tendências de mercado e comportamento do consumidor, contribuindo com insights estratégicos.
* Monitorizar a performance das campanhas e apresentar resultados de forma clara e orientada para soluções.
* Preparar materiais e relatórios para reuniões, mantendo atualizados os status dos projetos em curso.
Perfil do Candidato:
* Licenciatura em Comunicação, Marketing, Publicidade ou área similar.
* Experiência em ambiente de agência ou em funções relacionadas.
* Excelente capacidade de comunicação verbal e escrita.
* Espírito crítico e proatividade na resolução de problemas.
* Capacidade de trabalhar em equipa e de gerir múltiplas tarefas em simultâneo.
* Fluência em português e bom domínio de inglês (oral e escrito).
* Bons conhecimentos de ferramentas como Microsoft Office.
