You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across the different business areas, while guiding delivery teams and advising clients.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture & Solution Design- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 BC implementations.
- Architect integrations with external systems using Azure services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, etc.).
- Define data migration strategies, security models, and reporting frameworks.Consulting & Delivery- Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and fit-gap analyses with stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Guide Agile delivery teams through configuration, customization, and deployment.
- Ensure alignment with Microsoft best practices and delivery methodologies.Leadership & Collaboration- Mentor and lead cross-functional teams of consultants and developers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and technical expertise.
- Support pre-sales activities including solution design, effort estimation, and proposal development.Platform Expertise- Leverage Power Platform components: Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Implement Dynamics 365 Business Central modules for Finance, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Project Management and Manufacturing.
Your experience includes• 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics NAV• Proven track record as a Solution Architect or Senior Consultant on enterprise projects• Deep functional expertise in the following modules Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing• Strong understanding of the following modules Project Management and Warehouse Management • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills• Ability to define and deliver internal and external technical training• C1–C2 level English proficiency• Nice to have Portuguese Or SpanishWhat we offer • Remote work with occasional travel to national and international clients.
