Facilitate and conduct allScrum ceremonies and rituals, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives. Manage sprint execution, fostering collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the team. Identify and remove impediments, ensuring smooth delivery and team productivity. Participate in and support Tribe-level ceremonies (QAP, Scrum of Scrums, etc.). Support theProduct Ownerand Core Team in backlog management and prioritization. Ensure effective communication across stakeholders and squads. Support onboarding of new team members, promoting Agile culture and best practices. Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment. Challenge the team constructively, adapt to functional and technical contexts, and promote skills development. Ensure proper documentation and knowledge sharing within the squad.Profile: Senior professional withmore than 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master. Strong knowledge ofAgile methodologies and Scrum framework, ideally within large-scale Agile environments. Problem-solving mindset with a strong results-oriented approach. Autonomous, rigorous, and highly committed. Curious and proactive, continuously seeking improvement opportunities. Critical and constructive when analyzing solutions and team processes. Strong communication and facilitation skills. Comfortable working in international and cross-functional environments.Language Skills: Fluency inEnglishis mandatory.
