Candidates must be in Portugal already Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to focus on lead generation and strategic client/prospects engagement. Your role will be critical in establishing first contact with prospective clients, paving the way for our team to support pitches and project proposals and to help us accelerate our partnerships, integrations, and contribute to the overall growth of our ecosystem.

We're looking for someone who has these mandatory skills: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, IT .3-5 years proven experience in lead generation with a strong focus on B2B sales3-5 years proven experience with cold calling, but mainly, someone that loves to do that!Previous experience in the IT WorldExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with prospects.Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and campaigns simultaneously. Portuguese: native; Fluency in English (C1 level minimum) Key Responsibilities: You will report directly to the Business Unit Director and will work with the Solutions Manager Team to ensure partnerships are established and maintained.
Identify and target high-potential B2B prospects to build a robust pipeline of strategic opportunities.Conduct cold calling and leverage various communication channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, etc.) to engage new clients and open doors for collaboration. Develop and execute systematic outbound lead generation campaigns with measurable results.Qualify inbound leads promptly and align them with business opportunities.Collaborate with the Solutions Manager Team to support pitches and handover qualified opportunities for proposal creation.Maintain and nurture relationships with prospects to ensure sustained engagement and partnership.Actively seek leads for managed services, turn-key projects, TaaS, and other innovative delivery models.Participate in strategic growth initiatives and support ad-hoc business development projects.initiating new strategic relationships and driving agreements to finalization.
