Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Business Development to lead our global pipeline generation efforts. As a key member of our team, you will own and execute the outbound strategy that fuels our revenue engine.
You will be responsible for driving scalable pipeline growth, coaching for excellence, and closely aligning with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to optimize performance and results. This is a leadership position for someone passionate about building high-performance teams, developing talent, and creating structure needed to meet aggressive growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and execute our outbound strategy to achieve pipeline generation for each development representative in their market.
* Develop a high-performing inbound & outbound team through great leadership.
* Manage, lead, and mentor the prospecting team in identifying, creating, nurturing, qualifying, and developing pipelines in their market.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in managing a Lead Generation Team with exceptional leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others to perform and achieve results.
* Outbound experience & best practices in selling enterprise SaaS solutions nationally or globally.
* Strong execution focus and ability to develop solutions and strategies to further accelerate growth.
