What You Will Do
The Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain software applications, ensuring system availability and performance. Responsibilities include working with cross-functional teams to create scalable solutions, automating operations, monitoring systems, and responding to incidents.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Take ownership of complex software projects from conception to deployment.
2. Manage scope, risks, and timelines of software delivery.
3. Translate concepts into working code rapidly.
4. Provide technical guidance and mentorship.
5. Contribute to front-end and back-end development using cloud technologies.
6. Develop solutions using generative AI technologies.
7. Conduct code reviews and maintain documentation.
8. Stay updated with industry trends.
9. Develop and execute testing strategies.
10. Resolve bugs and performance issues.
11. Collaborate with product management, design, and QA teams.
12. Integrate systems for seamless data flow.
13. Work with data scientists on machine learning models.
14. Build and maintain MLOps pipelines on cloud platforms.
15. Deploy machine learning models into production.
16. Improve system reliability, scalability, and performance.
17. Automate operational tasks.
18. Develop monitoring tools and dashboards.
What We Expect Of You
Basic Qualifications and Experience
* Master’s degree with 4-6 years of experience, or Bachelor’s with 6-8 years, or Diploma with 10-12 years in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
Must-Have Skills
* Strong foundation in modern software design, including AI/ML integration, microservices, serverless, and containers.
* Experience working in Agile teams.
* Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
* Hands-on experience with full-stack development, especially Python, JavaScript, SQL/NoSQL.
Good-to-Have Skills
* Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
* Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk).
* Experience with data processing tools like Hadoop or Spark.
Soft Skills
* Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively with global teams.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
* Team-oriented with strong presentation skills.
