Responsibilities
As a Content Moderator, you will guarantee products and services standards into the e-commerce platform.
Your responsibilities include rational decision making with local market expertise as well as guaranteeing standards of quality while reviewing content.
Become and remain knowledgeable and passionate about leading e-commerce products and services standards.
Review contents within agreed latency Service Levels and standards of quality.
Capable of ensuring policy/legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform.
Flexible to policy changes, shifting schedules while being dedicated to standard operating protocols.
Escalate issues to the company in accordance with its procedures.
Skills / Qualifications
Fluent Romanian (native/C2 minimum).
Good English skills (level B2).
To be able to work under pressure and to have good stress management.
To decide quickly and to be agile.
To be confident and independent.
To feel comfortable with repetitive tasks.
Benefits
Base salary of 1000€ gross x 14 months
Meal allowance of 7,63/day
Schedules: Monday to Sunday - 09:00 to 18:00; Days Off - 2 Rotative days
Planned - Evening shift to be introduced - 13:00 to 22:00
Location: Porto (on-site 100%)
