Join a multinational pharmaceutical company assuming the Marketing Project Coordinator position, based in Lisbon.
Your new role
This professional will be responsible for assisting with the organization and coordination of congresses, workshops, and training sessions with the management of logistics and materials, or promotional needs. Will also perform administrative duties like contact for sponsorships, support and coordinate the development, approval and distribution of marketing materials for different stakeholders and channels, as well as act as a point of contact with external agencies, suppliers, and internal teams. Additionally, this person will analyse marketing data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a professional with a degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Marketing or similar, and a 1 year of experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing, preferably with hospital products. This person should be dynamic, proactive, and has good analytical and digital skills.
