A Junior Valet attendant is responsible for driving, parking and retrieving guest vehicles to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience upon their arrival and departure.
The valet parking attendant returns vehicles from the parking lot promptly and safely and provides excellent customer service to each guest.
* Provide the Valets and Senior Valets with the tools they need to carry out the service properly.
* Receiving customers (opening doors, directing them to locations/vehicles, etc.)* Maneuvering and parking the vehicles as directed by the Valets/Senior Valets* Ensure the cleanliness and correct setup of each car and/or Outlet* Professional and friendly attitude in all interactions with Members* Follow departmental and company rules and procedures.
* Car washing* Proven safe driver and clean driving records is essential.
* Ability to communicate professionally.
* Customer service experience and friendly demeanor.
* Ability to work in a standing position for hours at a time.
* Accountability and personal integrity are essential as the nature of the position allows access to a client's personal and private information.
* Ability to multitask and tend to several customers at once.
* Experience driving vehicles with both manual and automatic transmission.
